We work with a number of young people across KS3 and KS4 in school’s to support the pastoral team in ensuring all Young people remain happy and achieve at school. At Motivation to Inspire we actively work to support the wellbeing of every young person, In terms of expertise and improving provisions further. Through the interventions we put into place we offer practical solutions to issues that arise with young people’s learning and achievement. We work with young people both in 1:1 situations and in small groups, using a series of Personal Development Programmes.
The extended RAAP Programmes are a process that enables young people to reflect on their own learning journey, performance, and achievements. Thus, giving them a sense of identity about who they are and where they want to go, and how they intend to get there. The programs delivered here at Motivation to inspire, gives young people the tools and techniques to take control of their own learning journey by building on their skills and attitudes in order for them to become positive role models and make a positive impact in society, in the future.
